*** Rainout make up Dates - September 10th @ 6PM & October 2nd @ 10AM ( The Sept. 10th date will be
used as a make up date if needed , if not , it will remain a Fun Race , it will still remain the
" Carl Rice Appreciation Race" no matter what race we run that date ***

*** All Full Club Members are required to attend "one" of the Track Cleanup/work Dates that are
Scheduled , if you do not attend either Date , you will be issued a $50 fine , and you will not be
Allowed Track Time until the fine is paid to the club , we have a ton of work to do to prepare for
the States Race , it is imperative that all of our members help in getting the Track ready ***

*** Super Dirt week is currently a "Tentative" race , as soon as we get clearance to host this event
All members will be notified ***

****If you are unable to work your scheduled date, YOU are responsible for getting a sub to work for you.**** If you fail to show up for work and do not get a sub, you will be fined $50, which must be paid before your child can race again. A reminder will go out at the beginning of every week to remind the team who is scheduled to work. Fun races and the state races we will ask that people please help out when you can in the concession stand. Thanks,
